Business Case

We carry out Supplier, Organisation and Project Assessments. This involves a range of suppliers, projects and organisations (computerised systems, IT service providers, engineering organisations, R&D and manufacturing, pharma, medical device, biotech, cosmetics, process industries), and a valuation of shortfalls and risks, remediation planning and a review and / or execution of remediation activities. We helped the client to  develop a full understanding of the audit value and the resulting reduced lifecycle costs.  We aim to establish consistent risk tolerance across business functions and carry out any remediation action follow-up and closure.

When planning and executing supplier, project and organisation assessments the most important aspects of the strategy are to:

• Train internal personnel in assessment/inspection planning, execution, reporting and risk assessment methods
• Determine business, patient and regulatory risks impacting the  organisation
• Identify critical risks and value-added remediation actions
• Conduct assessments globally

Execution

We can use custom and off-the-shelf assessment training programmes for any given audit.   We then:

• Plan the assessment schedule and determine the appropriate form of assessment (review, on-site audit, postal audit andproject learning)
• Manage the assessment programme
• Lead assessments, supporting and or mentoring personnel
• Facilitate risk assessments, plan remediation and support review and execution of high-risk preventive/corrective actions
